New balance= previous balance + interest of previous balance-payment +new transaction
where
previous balance = 3264.75
interest of previous balance = 3264.75x(APR/12)=35.91225
APR=13.2%/12, 1.1%
payment= 180
new transaction= 134
new balance = 3254.66225
Derricks new balance in his account is  3254.66225.
