Teachers play one of the most important roles in any society. They are not only imparting instruction, they are forming our future. They are setting an example with their conduct and their work.
Everybody knows that they are not the best-paid profession in the market but they should be. They have our children in their hands and that is a huge responsibility. In college, teachers are forming the next generation of professionals and that is a major responsibility too.
Society and the government should take better care of teachers because their work is invaluable. They are teaching and forming the next generation of Americans.
