Being exposed to light at night will block internal hormone production. Analysis suggests that internal hormone plays different necessary roles within the body on the far side sleep.

Bright light within the evening, two hours before hour, can cause you to feel asleep and go to sleep later. If you've got bother falling asleep, dim the lights two hours before you would like to travel to sleep.
