What influence do carbs have on metabolism? Can there be a negative impact from cutting carbohydrates from your diet? Would you

Carbs can slide metabolism. You need to consume a healthy amount of carbs to keep your body functioning properly so yes there is a negative impact. He’d need to slowly introduce carbs back into his diet bc he needs them to function
