here ya go this is my answer:

First paragraph:

Exercise 60 minutes or more of physical activity daily. It is important to participate in physical activities that are appropriate for your age, that are enjoyable, and that offer positive benefits. If you exercise daily, you will see positive changes in your self, inside and out. You will loose weight and feel good about yourself inside. If you are someone who is not used to doing exercise, you can start small by doing 5 pushups, 5 curl ups and 5 jumping jacks; and everyday as you go, increase the amount of activities you do, maybe adding another 5 everyday.

Second paragraph:

Some things that can prevent you from engaging in exercise are lack of confidence. If you struggle with low self esteem, it can be hard to engage in exercise. You can feel that no matter what, even if you try, you still wont see any positive effects. If you do exercise, you will feel that you can do it, that you can change. So, start small by doing a little bit of everything one day, and then the next day, do more. Keep telling yourself that you can do it so that you can boost your confidence.

Answer:

My personal plan is to exercise 60 minutes or more of physical activity daily. I  know that it is important to participate in physical activities that are appropriate for your age, that are enjoyable, and that offer positive benefits. If I exercise daily, I believe I will see positive changes in myself, inside and out. I am going to start small by doing 5 pushups, 5 curl ups and 5 jumping jacks; and everyday as I go, I'm going to increase the amount of activities I do, maybe adding another 5 everyday.

Some things that might prevent me from engaging in exercise are lack of confidence. Sometimes I struggle with low self esteem, so it can be hard to commit to exercise. Regarding this, I plan to start small and build up slowly. This will help me in the long run because it will help me build up confidence. A way I can track my progress is a fitness journal. These are very helpful because i can write down my goals and my steps toward achieving them.

Explanation:

hi, i took the other answer but changed up and added a lot so it sounded like you wrote it rather than telling it. have a good day!

Discuss the magnitude of the problem of lack patient understanding of their healthcare.
skelet666 [1.2K]
  • The cost of drug errors has been estimated at US$ 42 billion yearly globally, making them a primary cause of damage and preventable harm in healthcare systems.
  • In high-income countries and low- and middle-income countries, respectively, 7 and 10 out of every 100 hospitalized patients contract a healthcare-associated infection.
  • Up to 25% of patients experience difficulties as a result of unsafe surgical care methods. Every year, over 7 million surgical patients experience serious problems, and 1 million of them pass away during or right after an operation.
  • A burden of harm estimated at 9.2 million years of life lost to disability and death worldwide (known as Disability Adjusted Life Years (DALYs)) is attributed to unsafe injection practices in healthcare settings, which can spread diseases like HIV and hepatitis B and C and directly endanger patients and healthcare professionals.
  • In outpatient care settings, 5% of individuals experience diagnostic mistakes, of which more than half have the potential to be seriously harmful. In most cases, a diagnostic error will occur within a person's lifespan.

To enjoy ______ health is to possess a set of guiding beliefs, principles, or values that give meaning and purpose to your life.
Maksim231197 [3]

Answer:

spiritual

Explanation:

Spiritual health goes far beyond mental and physical health, for here we are talking about the health of our spirit. Some studies conducted by the National Institute of Health in the United States have revealed that a person who follows some kind of religiosity in his life lives approximately 29% longer than those who have no contact with any belief, philosophy or even even a wisdom superior to the physical body. We can conclude that enjoying spiritual health is having a set of guiding beliefs, principles or values that give meaning and purpose to your life.
