With your first question, here is my answer. Canada is a nation of both peacekeepers and peacemakers. In fact, it they take pride of it as their national identity and value.

On your second question, my answer would be yes. We need more countries that promotes peace than of war. It promotes nationalism and unity among nations.

Well the gender doesn't really matter because ppl are always getting in trouble. However, There is a difference when if cone to who could become a victom. With woman they are the submissive typing and men are the dominate ones( 85% off the times)  So women could fall victor more easily then men. Also men typicl are stronger and its harder to combat they.
