Yes it can but there are some issues to using a light microscope such as they are transparent so it’s best to use a prepared slide which has been stained.

Yes. Observing bacteria under the light microscope. ... Generally speaking, it is theoretically and practically possible to see living and unstained bacteria with compound light microscopes, including those microscopes which are used for educational purposes in schools. There are several issues to consider, however.

arlik [135]

Answer:

Option A, B, and C are correct

Explanation:

Incomplete dominance means that the trait represented by two alleles expresses themselves equally thereby hindering dominance of any of the allele completely.

Now,

Let us assume the allele of red petals be represented by "R" and the allele of white petals be represented by "r"

The pink flowers will have genotype "Rr"

Now if two pink flowers are crossed, the following offsprings are produced

Rr X Rr

RR, Rr, Rr, rr

Let us evaluate all the options one by one

a) Ration of pink flower to red flower ( Rr:RR)

There are 2 pink (Rr) flower and 1 Red (RR) , thus the ration of pink flower to red flower is 2:1. Option A is correct

b) one out of four offspring is white in color, therefore the % of white flower is

\frac{1}{4} * 100\\= 25\\%. Option B is correct

c) Two pairs RR and rr are homozygous, thus out of four offsprings two are homozygous. Therefore %of homozygous flowers will be

\frac{2}{4} * 100\\= 50\\%. Option C is correct

d) There are two heterozygous offsprings i.e Rr, therefore the % of heterozygous is \frac{2}{4} * 100\\= 50\\%. Option D is incorrect

e) half of the flowers are hybrid. Therefore option e is incorrect

Therefore, Option A, B, and C are correct
