Because it's vital to the survival of all species, not just human, that we have resources such as food and water. Also that those resources be clean and healthy. We also need to manage resources such as oil to make sure there are fewer wars like the ones happening in the Middle East. If you need anything else just message me.

It is important to monitor and manage Earth's resources because:

By monitoring and managing the resources, we can keep track of what resources are increasing, decreasing, and so on. From this we can determine whether a resource usage needs to be restricted or what changes can be made to best preserve it while still being able to use the resource.

Here is a simple comparison example- Some animal species are monitored and some times even protected to ensure they do not become extinct.

Here is a simple comparison- In history a war called for more of Metal A to create bullets for guns, helmets, and such for our service members fighting the war. That being said, many every day items that were created with Metal A were then replaced with a different type of metal (Let's use Metal B as an example). This means the every day production of items that were made with Metal A were now being created with Metal B so that all of the Metal A resources could be put into the production of war accessories. (As previously mentioned: guns, helmets, shields, wires, etc.)

What evidence supports the LAW OF CONSERVATION OF ENERGY?
photoshop1234 [79]

Answer:

Taking into account photosynthesis, the evidence that best supports the law of energy conservation is energy is absorbed by chlorophyll and becomes chemical energy during photosynthesis (option 2).

Explanation:

Plants are autotrophic organisms, characterized by synthesizing their own nutrients by converting solar energy into chemical energy through photosynthesis.

During the process of photosynthesis, chloroplasts are capable of absorbing solar energy and converting it into glucose. This process involves the conversion of one type of energy into another.

With respect to the law of conservation of energy, it is necessary to consider:

  1. In the universe there is a constant amount of matter and energy, which is neither created nor destroyed, but transformed.
  2. Energy in an isolated system does not vary, unless it comes into contact with another system.
  3. The amount of energy that is absorbed and obtained is equivalent.

In photosynthesis, the chloroplast is not an isolated system, but has contact with the outside and is capable of absorbing the energy of the sun. This energy will be used to obtain a product, glucose, in an amount proportional to the amount of energy absorbed.

Regarding other options:

     1. In photosynthesis, it is not mechanical energy that is transformed into chemical energy.

     3. Oxygen is a product of photosynthesis, during the process of chemical energy synthesis, from the combination of carbon dioxide, water and solar energy.

     4. It is true that the sun gives off light energy that is absorbed by plants, but it does not explain how this energy is transformed into chemical energy.

What is not a dissolved gas present in the ocean
liraira [26]

The correct answer is option B, hydrogen.

The majority of the atmospheric gases are found in the sea water solution. In supplementation to oxygen and nitrogen, the most profusely found gas in the atmosphere, that is, carbon dioxide is found in the ample concentrations in the ocean waters.

However, hydrogen is not present, and if found it is found in minute concentration. Of the gases, nitrogen is the most abundant gas found in seawater, while oxygen is the second most abundant, and carbon dioxide is the most soluble gas, and one of the various constituents, which influences the pH balance of the ocean.
