area recangle=base times height=(x+10) times (2x+5)=2x²+25x+50

area white=(x+1) times (x+1)=x²+2x+1


big-white=(2x²+25x+50)-(x²+2x+1)=
2x²+25x+50-x²-2x-1=
x²+23x+49

de area is x²+23x+49
