-Massage your scalp for 15 mins a day

-Only wash your hair every 3 days ( I reccomened L'Oréal Paris Elvive Total Repair 5 Repairing shampoo and conditioner)

- Take collagen

- Put castor oil on your scalp and split ends for 30 mins once a week
