Physical activities play huge role for both the teenagers as well as the adults in various ways that is activities strengthen the muscles as well as it develops proper bone structure. Two physical activities that will provide health benefits are basket ball and swimming.

Basketball is one of the best physical activity, it increases the endurance power of the player, it also increases strength, it helps to maintain proper weight as well. In case of swimming it increases speed, it reduces respiratory problems , it increases concentration as well.
