4x - 7y = 7
3x - 9y = 7

3(4x - 7y = 7)
12x - 21y = 21
-4(3x - 9y = 7)
-12x + 36y = -28

12x - 21y = 21
-12x + 36y = -28
15y = -7
y = -7/15

4x - 7(-7/15) = 7
4x + 49/15 = 7
4x = 7 - 49/15
4x = 105/15 - 49/15
4x = 56/15
x = (56/15) / (4)
x = (56/15) * (1/4)
x = 56/60 or 14/15

So the solution is x = 14/15 and y = -7/15 or (14/15, -7/15)
Verify solution by plugging in x and y values and solving.

Write the point-slope form of the equation of the horizontal line that passes through the point (2, 1). Pease show how!
mote1985 [20]
Check the picture below.

using a second for it, since it's a horizontal line, then say hmmm we'll use the y-intercept, or (0, 1), so the equation of a line that passes through (2,1) and (0,1)

\bf \begin{array}{lllll}
&x_1&y_1&x_2&y_2\\
%   (a,b)
&({{ 2}}\quad ,&{{ 1}})\quad
%   (c,d)
&({{ 0}}\quad ,&{{ 1}})
\end{array}
\\\\\\
% slope  = m
slope = {{ m}}= \cfrac{rise}{run} \implies
\cfrac{{{ y_2}}-{{ y_1}}}{{{ x_2}}-{{ x_1}}}\implies \cfrac{1-1}{0-2}\implies \cfrac{0}{-2}
\\\\\\
% point-slope intercept
\stackrel{\textit{point-slope form}}{y-{{ y_1}}={{ m}}(x-{{ x_1}})}\implies y-1=0(x-2)

D) 4.5 Standard Deviations Above the Mean

All you have to do is add .2 to 6.6 until you reach 7.5

6.8

7.2
7.4

 Then you only need half of .2 to reach 7.5, so it's 4.5 standard deviations above the mean

What is the answer !
kondor19780726 [428]

Answer:

m∠OKG = 95°

Step-by-step explanation:

In the given question,

Angle OKL and angle OKG are the linear pairs.

And we know that sum of linear pair of angles is 180°.

Therefore, m∠OKL + m∠OKH = 180°

85° + m∠OKH = 180°

m∠OKH = 180° - 85°

              = 95°

Therefore, measure of angle OKG = 95° will be the answer.
