With over two million lakes and rivers and 20 per cent of the world’s freshwater, Canada has an incredible abundance of aquatic natural resources. Canadians share a deep historical connection to freshwater; we rely on it for transportation, for resources, for employment, for food and for recreation — swimming, boating, fishing or simply admiring the scenery of a natural lake or wild river.
Unfortunately, many of Canada’s freshwaters are no longer the pristine ecosystems they once were. At CWF, we are working to encourage a better balance between the needs of our society and of the ecosystems that sustain us.
Answer: The Civil War started on April 12, 1861 and ended on April 9, 1865. The war erupted when Confederated bombarded Union troops at Fort Sumter; the war had several smaller battles involved and ended four years later.

I would love to be part of the Planting-Trees- Organization because that would help the world by making it prettier and healthier. It would also help by giving more oxygen. It would also help lots of animals out there with no homes. Of course, animals have other forests/woods but sometimes a hurricane and other bad weather would destroy jungles, woods, forests, and more. So that is why Planting-Trees-Organization is the one I would like to do.
