You can jog along the roads and countryside picking up litter, and you could also manually plant trees and other native vegetation in areas of sparse plant life to restore the habitat. Well by the way you put the question it seems like there are supposed to be answer choices but, since there are none. I'll still try to answer the question as best as possible
1. Comparing yourself to others is a bad way of trying to improve self esteem
2. Overthinking and overworking yourself is a bad way to improve self esteem
3. Trying to raise confidence in yourself takes time so you have to be patient
And that's all I can think of right now but I hope it helps!
My successes were swimming 20 laps, getting B’s in Music/Art, dancing for 33 minutes, not getting the virus, staying at home, getting a B for my speech and completing homework at home. My challenges we’re swimming regularly, not understanding what the hard questions were, D’s for Geography/Science, exams with low grades, getting in shape and at school I get bullied.
My scheduling changes are going to overcome my challenges because when I swim/dance/exercise a lot I get fitter/stronger, reading the question properly/getting help will help me understand the question better, asking my teachers on what to do so I can do better for Geography/Science, study more on my exams, overcome getting bullied by telling the teacher/thinking a way to fix the problem: find friends to defeat your enemies/ tell your bullies to stop.
C.I think it would be c because half and half seems balanced so if he was to eat that it woulde be too much or too little it woulde be just fine
Answer: Apoptosis
Explanation:
Apoptosis is also known as "the death of cells", it is a cellular process that occurs when cells undergoes self destruction, this process helps to keep the body healthy and also protects the body. Apoptosis plays an important role by helping the body to get rid of viral infections within the cell before it spreads.
Scientists have discovered that an adult human being go through the process of apoptosis losing about 50-70 billion cells every day while for a child between 8-14 years, 20-30 billion of cells die every day due to apoptosis.
Apoptosis occurs shortly before menstruation via hormonal stimuli, in which there is the breaking down of the endometrium, it sloughs off and then undergo regeneration.
