So if Jade makes $306.25 a week and for every hour she works, she makes $8.75, then all you have to do is divide 306.25 by 8.75.

306.25/8.75 = 35 hours should be your answer

Let me know if that doesn't make sense or you still don't understand it :)

58 degrees

Explanation
If you have a triangle with the angle measures of abc as 58 degrees, 102 degrees and 20 degrees you can multiply them in order of abc so 58 degrees is angle a, 102 degrees is angle b and 20 degrees is angle c. Then you just put in angle a for d which would be 58 degrees and angle e for b 102 degrees and angle f for c which would be 20 degrees

Use the law of cosines to solve for the measure of the largest angle in triangle abc.
MariettaO [177]

The law used for determining the measure of unknown sides and angles of a triangle. The measure of the largest angle in triangle abc is 98.25 degrees

Law of cosines

The law used for determining the measure of unknown sides and angles of a triangle. It is expressed as:

c² = a² + b² - 2abcosC

Given the following

c = 16

a = 12

b = 9

Substitute

16² = 12² + 9² - 2(9)(12)cosC

256 = 144 + 81 - 216cosC

31 = -216cosC

cosC = -31/216

C = 98.25 degrees

Hence the measure of the largest angle in triangle abc is 98.25 degrees

slega [8]
The sticker price of the car can be calculated by deducting from the msrp (manufacturer's suggested retail price) the sport package price, stereo package price and the destination charge.

                     sticker price of the car = ($19,150) - ($2500 + $600 + $600)
                     sticker price of the car = $15,450

Hence, the sticker price of the car is $15,450.
