rrangements? Explain your reasoning.
2 answers:
This is an incomplete word problem. I answered this before.
Given:
10 flowers in 1 arrangement
2 daisies in every 10 flowers
Morita needs to make 4 arrangements. Find number of daisies required in 4 arrangements.
1 arrangement:
2 : 10
4 arrangements
10 x 4 = 40 flowers.
4 x 2 daisies = 8 daisies.
Morita needs 8 daisies for the 4 flower arrangements.
So it will be four all the flowers because 4 * 2 equals 8/8 / 2 equals 4
