The theory that is being referred to the given situation above is the TWO-FACTOR THEORY. This is also known as <span>Herzberg's motivation-hygiene </span>theory<span> and dual-</span><span>factor theory. This theory shows that their are certain factors that would result in job satisfaction, and there are also factors that would cause the other way around, which is dissatisfaction.
