30 = x % of 48

30 = \frac{x}{100} \times 48\\\\30 = 0.01x \times 48\\\\0.01x = \frac{30}{48}\\\\0.01x = 0.625\\\\\text{Divide both sides of both equation by 0.01 }\\\\x = 62.5
