YES! laughter really is the best medicine if your sad mad or upset laughter will always cheer you up but in reality some times we need more then that if your super sick you will need real medical attention but no matter how sick or how hurt i am when i find something making me laugh i feel better!! When your sick with like the flu you might feel miserable i know i do, its the worst my spirits are down and im sad and mad and just laying in bed truly miserable  but laughing some how makes me feel better dont get me wrong if i laugh i dont go poof and feel better but while im laughing it makes me feel a little stronger i guess and it just makes me know and understand if i can laugh i can get through it
