YES! laughter really is the best medicine if your sad mad or upset laughter will always cheer you up but in reality some times we need more then that if your super sick you will need real medical attention but no matter how sick or how hurt i am when i find something making me laugh i feel better!! When your sick with like the flu you might feel miserable i know i do, its the worst my spirits are down and im sad and mad and just laying in bed truly miserable  but laughing some how makes me feel better dont get me wrong if i laugh i dont go poof and feel better but while im laughing it makes me feel a little stronger i guess and it just makes me know and understand if i can laugh i can get through it

Hope this helped

When exercising, which hormone level decreases in females often causing a better mood?
skad [1K]

Answer

Cortisol

Explanation:

Cortisol or stress hormone is a steroid  hormone  produced in the adrenal gland( Cortex) .A spike in the levels of this hormone suppresses Serotonin levels in the blood. Serotonin  is a neuro- transmitter in the brain  for mood regulation and balance of memory., good sleep sexual  function.

A spike in the levels in the cortisol level in the blood brings a corresponding decrease in the  levels of Serotonin, which therefore leads to mood swings depression and insomnia, anxiety  by reducing the receptors for serotonin, and therefore disrupting Endorphins levels in the brain.

Exercises decreases the levels of cortisol in the blood, and  boost the levels of serotonin therefore boosting the amount of serotonin in the blood  ,thus promoting good mood, reduce  depression etc
