It is necessary for the masses to consume and transport other products because of the reason that a person is dependable on resources in which they are obliged to consume the products in means of having to satisfy their needs and in order for the producers to keep their task from going. The efficiency of production can lead to oversupply especially when they are good enough in producing too much goods in a short period of time.

If people don't buy the products that companies produce in large amounts, there is going to be a halt in the economy. For that reasons, people have to buy and it triggers consumerism. The system is made in a way that people need new products instead of using the old ones. And students made to believe that transportation is important because it keeps factories work better. The following small excerpt from Brave New World shows this effect:

A love of nature keeps no factories busy. It was decided to abolish the love of nature, at any rate among the lower classes; to abolish the love of nature, but not the tendency to consume transport. For of course it was essential that they should keep on going to the country, even though they hated it. The problem was to find an economically sounder reason for consuming transport than a mere affection for primroses and landscapes. It was duly found.

"We condition the masses to hate the country," concluded the Director. "But simultaneously we condition them to love all country sports. At the same time, we see to it that all country sports shall entail the use of elaborate apparatus. So that they consume manufactured articles as well as transport. Hence those electric shocks." "I see," said the student, and was silent, lost in admiration.

Individual motivation and commitment are relatively unimportant when managing change. question 9 options: true false
Romashka [77]

This statement is false. Individual motivation and commitment are relatively important when managing change.

Why Individual motivation is important for a change?

People's lives are made simpler when they are inspired to make changes. For instance, since more people will be able to relate to it and see how it would help them in the long run, it will be simple for them to create and sustain the change's vision.

What is commitment to change?

According to Meyer (2002), commitment to change is a force (mindset) that ties a person to a path of action that is thought to be important for the effective implementation of a change project. This mindset may be indicative of (a) a desire to support the change due to a conviction in its inherent advantages.

Mark is 15 years old and has been taken into custody for driving without a license. What court will handle his case?
Helga [31]

I think Juvenile court because he is a minor. Driving without a license is a misdemeanor offense not a felony the fine for driving without a license normally range between $100 and $500, with a possibility of jail time, depending on the circumstances, the judge, and the state you are in. I hope this helps and if not sorry bro
