Answer: <u>Public , Private </u>

Explanation:

Public good is the service or good that can be consumed or used by everyone i.e.- public without disturbing the utility of the service and with maintaining the ability other party to consume it. This type of service is usually free of cost.

Police protection is the type of service that can be used by public as they work for the people as public servants.

Private good is the service that can be utilized by a single party only .It is considered as excludable good as well as rivalrous. Example- clothes, food  etc.

Locking the door of the house for protection is type of private good as the same lock cannot be used for other house if it is being used at one house already. This can secure the house one at a time only .

Why is 1620 a significant year for pilgrims in North America
alekssr [168]

Answer:

Arrival at Plymouth

Mayflower arrived in New England on November 11, 1620, after a voyage of 66 days. Although the Pilgrims had originally intended to settle near the Hudson River in New York, dangerous shoals and poor winds forced the ship to seek shelter at Cape Cod.

1/2, line rises

we are given the following pair of points and and we are to find the slope of line passing through these points:

(-1, 3) and (3, 5)

slope = \frac {y_2 - y_1} {x_2 - x_1} = \frac{5-3} {3--1} = \frac{2} {4} = \frac{1} {2}

the slope of this line is 1/2 which is positive so the line rises from bottom left towards top right.

What are some major similarities between Japan's culture and the US?
Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

Society

Explanation:

I chose to compare and contrast the United States culture with the culture in Japan. There are a few similarities between the two, such as a love of the arts, fashion, and baseball. However, they are more culturally different than similar in very major aspects. Japan is a very homogenous society made up of about 98% ethnic Japanese.
