I am Starting 7th Grade in a couple of months, I am a girl is there anything I should lookout for any tips. Anything will help

Not sure if this is the place to be asking that sort of question. Quora might be a great place to start.

When I was younger however I wish I had known that most of the people I met would either replace me or somehow we got separated. If someone proves to be a bad friend, don't put yourself through the trouble of dealing with that garbage friend.
Also, middleschool dating is a joke and you'll cringe over it when you're older.

As for work, just do it and it's a breeze. Answers for everything have been already asked by kids your age.
