For example,  the 1st Amendment refers to the freedom of speech and freedom of the press, the right to assemble and freedom of religion. The 2nd refers to the right to keep and bear arms. The 5th Amendment refers to the protection of people accused of crimes and that serious criminal charges have to start with a grand jury.
