Chemistry

Stars are round in shape for the same reason why planets and moons are round: gravity. gravity pulls mass in towards the center, making large celestial objects round. if an object is not large enough like an asteroid or an odd shaped planetoid then gravity won't be strong enough to maintain a round shape.

How valence electrons are arranged in a lewis dot diagram?
choli [55]

Explanation:

In a Lewis dot diagram, the electrons are arranged so that, when full, two electrons placed beside each other are on four sides of the element symbol.

An electron is 3-dimensional, so you can start on any side on a 2D diagram.

Continue this pattern depending on how many electrons you have:

When adding an electron after the first, it is placed on the next side going either counterclockwise or clockwise. Which ever direction you choose, be consistent.

After the fourth electron, so that one electron is on each side, place a dot beside your first electron and continue the pattern.

How many white eggs are there in 0.01 moles of white eggs
arlik [135]

Answer:

0.06022 × 10²³ eggs

Explanation:

Given data:

Moles of eggs = 0.01 mol

Number of eggs = ?

Solution:

The given problem will solve by using Avogadro number.

It is the number of atoms , ions and molecules in one gram atom of element, one gram molecules of compound and one gram ions of a substance.

The number 6.022 × 10²³ is called Avogadro number.

For example,

1 mole of egg = 6.022 × 10²³ eggs

0.01 mol × 6.022 × 10²³ eggs / 1 mol

0.06022 × 10²³ eggs

Thus in 0.01 moles of eggs have 0.06022 × 10²³ eggs number of eggs.

Why is it necessary to know the temperature of the reactants and the products of a reaction in order to determine change in the
Crank

Answer:

Free Energy (G) can either increase or decrease for a reaction when the temperature increases. It depends on the entropy (S) change. The change in a quantity is represented by the Greek letter delta. ... Hence, when the temperature increases the numeric value of the free energy becomes larger.
