Blood would stop pumping around, and you would die. Even if your heart missed one beat (basically a heart attack) you could potentially die.

Hope it helps! :)

Do you think it is possible to lose weight and stay physically fit without reciving proper nutrition
LekaFEV [45]

Answer:

I don't think it is possible.

Explanation:

You can loose weight by not consuming anything (not receiving proper nutrition) and it can be damaging to the body. Also without the proper nutrients is would be hard to maintain fitness because you would lack energy and could get more cramps.

Starving (another way not to get nutrition) to lose weight makes your body more likely, in the long run, to replenish fat. It uses the new basal metabolic rate from starvation mode. Lean individuals were more likely to gain more fat after starvation

Why is it important for an individual to assess environmental factors for health risks?
melamori03 [73]
If we do not asses our environment, our risk of sickness and disease increases. Any kind of chemical or radiological substances in the air are exposures that can affect our health. Meaning that the air we breathe, foods we eat, the water we drink from, and the products we use can sicken us if they aren't properly cleaned or pure.
