The advantage is that the person under different class, gender and other categories of identity have different legacy from their ancestor. They learn skills according on the basis of their background. And maybe someone else from different background cannot learn skills as much perfectly as the person from background.
For example:
It is easy for a farmer's children to learn farming more detailed rather than the children of barber.
But in modern world, anybody can learn whichever skills they want through the internet. But to some extinct it offers a distinct advantage.
conserving natural vegetation will maintain the balance in our ecosystems.
<span>The advantage for politicians communicating with citizen via websites and social media,so that they can easily understand the citizen's point of view instead of writing letters and petitions to the politician.This Direct communication leads to quickly resolve the citizen's issues and develop the friendly relationship between the politicians and there will not be any bridge gap between politicians and citizens.</span>
<span>From outsiders perspective - not very different from disadvantages elsewhere, but bigger.
I see two, just from general paying attention to news.
1) resources extracted by colonists (maybe less so now, but still) and so not available to the natives of the reason, going instead to China or whoever is doing the extracting now.
2) Tough, dirty, dangerous job to do the actual mining. Tough - wears down the miners. Dirty - will cause long term damage, like black lung. Dangerous - both mining accidents and possible danger from dealing with the greedy.
So, to summarize, the risks are publicized to the regional people, the rewards are privatized to whoever has the power.</span><span>
