You first need to know what foods effect your blood sugar the most. Carbohydrates like bread, rice, pasta, milk, sweets, fruit, and starchy vegetables, are broken down into glucose in the blood faster than other food. Try lean meats, and saturated fats,Try three servings of seafood each week. Don't stop eating though, just watch your eating, and every Friday consider a treat like chocolate :)...You want to make sure to keep your blood sugar at the perfect level. Make sure to check it at least weekly, And get in plenty of exercise.

What would happen to a valine that became accidentally attached to a lysine trna by trna synthetase?
My name is Ann [436]
Another valine would be added to a protein sequence in lieu of the lysine. A point mutation will happen in the protein, but would not change all lysines to valines, as there are multiple codons for lysine, and multiple tRNAs which carry it, and assume that this accident only happened to one of the lysine tRNAs.

Anna’s fetal scans showed some abnormality. Which of the following procedure can help her know more about the abnormality?
UNO [17]
B. Amniocentesis. During this procedure, a long syringe is carefully inserted through the woman's stomach into the amniotic sac and withdraws some amniotic fluid. Various tests can be run on this fluid to determine what abnormalities the baby may have. The rest of the terms are rather important to know anyway so I will define them for you.

A pap smear is done on any woman annually to screen for cervical cancer.

A colonoscopy is done on people over 50 typically (and every 10 years after is normal) to screen for colon cancer and polyps, among other things.

Cesarean surgery is a C-section, which is a surgery to extract a baby if natural child birth is too risky and/or the baby is in distress. Basically, it's an emergency surgery for when the baby needs to come out NOW for both the safety of baby and mom.

An endometrial biopsy is when a doctor takes a small sample of the endometrium lining (uterus) and looks at it under a microscope to detect any abnormalities.
