Answer:

The answer to your question is the small box weighs 13.25 kg and the

                                                           large box weigh 15.5 kg

Step-by-step explanation:

Data

small box = s

large box = l

3 large boxes and 2 small boxes = 73 kg

8 large boxes and 4 small boxes = 177 kg

Process

1.- To solve this problem write equations

                  3l + 2s = 73                  Equation l

                  8l + 4s = 177                 Equation ll

2.- Solve the system of equations by elimination ( multiply equation l by -2). And add the equations.

                  -6l - 4s = -146

                    8l + 4s = 177

                    2l         = 31

                              l = 31/2

                              l = 15.5 kg

3.- Find s

                  3(15.5) + 2s = 73

                      46.5 + 2s = 73

                                 2s = 73 - 46.5

                                 2s = 26.5

                                   s = 26.5/2

                                   s = 13.25 kg

Aleonysh [2.5K]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The ratio 19/25 is the same as 76/100, or 0.76.

Multiplying this by 100%, we get 76%, the percentage of questions answered correctly.

Subtracting 76% from 100% results in 24%, which is the percentage of questions not answered correctly.

Question 1 of 10 10 Points AB¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ is the diameter of circle T. Point A is located at (-4,2) and point B is located at (2,-8)
wariber [46]

Answer:

The coordinates of the center of this circle is (-1, -3).

Step-by-step explanation:

As we know that A = (-4,2) and B = (2,-8) are points lying on circle T, the center is the midpoint of the segment AB, whose location can be obtained from Midpoint formula:

C = \frac{1}{2}\cdot A + \frac{1}{2}\cdot B

C = \frac{1}{2}\cdot (-4,2)+\frac{1}{2}\cdot (2,-8)

C = (-2, 1)+(1,-4)

C=(-2+1,1-4)

C=(-1,-3)

The coordinates of the center of this circle is (-1, -3).
