Not all metals are malleable. Gold is especially so. Ductile is also one of gold's properties. It is an excellent conductor.

Ionic bonds guarantee a strong intra molecular bond. The ionic bond can dissolve in a solvent like water but not all of them do.

Non metal elements bonding with each other or with other non metals have very little power to be attracted to other molecules that are the same.  The boiling points can be low.

The Covalent bonds are somewhat the same as the last group.
