So 1/3 cup is for 5 so
how much flower per dinner rol
1/3 divided by 5=(1/3)/5=1/3 times 1/5=1/15

1/15 cups used to make 1 dinner roll

with 5 and 2/3 cup
find how many 1/15 will fit
15/15=1 so 15 times 5=75
then 2/3 times 1 or 5/5=10/15 so
75+10=85 dinner rolls

Divide.

1/3 / 5

Or multiply by the reciprocal of 5:

1/3 * 1/5 = 1/15

Therefore 1/15 cup of flour is used to make 1 dinner roll.

We can set up a proportion:

5/1/3 = x/5 2/3

Multiply 5 2/3 to both sides:

28 1/3 / 1/3 = x

85 = x

So 85 rolls can be made with 5 2/3 cups of flour.

The graph is falling on the left hand side and rising on the right hand side.

Since the two ends of graph are in opposite direction, the exponent of variable has to be odd. For an even exponent of leading term, the two ends are in same direction.

Since the graph is falling on left and rising on right, this indicates that the coefficient of leading term is positive.

So, the leading term must have:
1) Odd exponent
2) Positive Coefficient

Thus, option Fourth is the correct answer

What is the area of this figure.

128 in
136 in
153 in
258 in
aliya0001 [1]
So, to find the solution to this problem, we will we using pretty much the same method we used in your previous question. First, let's find the area of the rectangle. The area of a rectangle is length x width. The length in this problem is 16 and the width is 3, and after multiplying these together, we have found 48 in^2 to be the area of the square. Next, we can find the area of the trapezoid. The area of a trapezoid is ((a+b)/2)h where a is the first base, b is the second base, and h is the height. In this problem, a=16, b=5, and h=10. So, all we have to do is plug these values into the area formula. ((16+5)/2)10 = (21/2)10 = 105. So, the area of the trapezoid is 105 in^2. Now after adding the two areas together (48in^2 and 105in^2), we have found the solution to be 153in^2. I hope this helped! :)

-4 (-3x-2)+4=60 can you help me plz
Ede4ka [16]
X = 4.

You have to distribute by multiplying -4 by the numbers between -3x and -2.

12x + 8 =60

Subtract the 8 from 60 to simplify the equation.

12x = 48

Divide 12 by 48 and get 4.

x=4

Max went to the store and bought 22 apples. He bought twice as many red apples as he did green, and he bought one-third many yel
katrin [286]

Let the number of green apples bought be x

Green apples = x

Red apples = 2x

Yellow apples = 1/3 (2x) = 2/3 x

Total = 22 apples

x + 2x + 2/3 x = 22

11/3 x = 22

11x = 66

x = 6

Green apples = x = 6

Red apples = 2x = 2(6) = 12

Yellow apples = 2/3 (2x) = 2/3 (6) = 4

Answer: Green = 6, Red = 12, Yellow = 4
