The first one looks like an equilateral triangle and since all angles of a triangle add up to 180 degrees, the angle will be 60 degrees because 180 degrees divided by 3 angles is 60. As for the other question, EF corresponds to JK so you do 20 divided by 8 which is 2.5, so the scale factor is by 2.5.

Hope that helped :)

The length, width, and height of a rectangular prism is a, (a-13), and (a+13) respectively, which statement best describes (a-13
Nitella [24]

Answer:

a. The width of the rectangular prism is 13 units less than the length.

Step-by-step explanation:

From the information given we know that

a = length of rectangular prism and

a - 13 =  width of rectangular prism

An expression like a - 13 means that we need to subtract 13 units from the length to obtain the width of the rectangular prism.

Therefore,

The width of the rectangular prism is 13 units less than the length.

Find the area of the trapezoid with a base of 19 inches, height 12.6 inches and base 29.2 inches
aksik [14]
Minor base: b=19 inches
Height: h=12.6 inches
Major base: B=29.2 inches

Area of the trapezoid: A
A=(b+B)h/2
Replacing the values:
A=(19 inches + 29.2 inches) (12.6 inches) / 2
A=(48.2 inches) (12.6 inches) / 2
A= (607.32 inches^2 ) /2
A= 303.66 inches^2

Answer: The area of the trapezoid is 303.66 square inches
