The correct answer of this question is option C. It is because congress already meets nearly year-round. Special sessions are normally held for emergency situations. It is also called an extraordinary session because this happens during the time when the legislative body convenes outside of the normal session.

Why was the land war more difficult for the United states than the war at sea?
8_murik_8 [283]
I'm not sure what era of wars you're referring to, but I can give you a fairly general answer.
War on land tends to be more difficult due to the terrain. There are mountains and valleys, soldiers have to walk great distances to get to their destination if their vehicles cannot handle the landscape, and there's always the possibility of guerrilla warfare (hiding in the bushes, attacking and running away) from the other army.
While war at sea can be treacherous, it also lends itself to finding the target easier. Water tends to try to remain level, so there aren't any hills or valleys to contend with, and a telescope can see for miles on the open sea.
If you can give a specific war you're referring to, I could try and give you a more specific answer.

No law shall be passed to curtail or restrain freedom of speech or of the press. Section 1 Paragraph V, Georgia Constitution Why
WITCHER [35]

Answer:

The rights to "freedom of speech" and "freedom of the press" are important because they were a part of the Georgia Bill of Rights, which were passed during the time when the state of Georgia seceded from the Union (1861). During this time period in Georgia, it was wanted for the state to have its own powers- free of the federal government.

Explanation:

The Georgia Constitution Bill of Rights differs in some ways from the United States Constitution's Bill of Rights. The right to freedom of speech and freedom of the press in the Georgia Constitution (Article 1, Section I, Paragraph V) guarantees that, "No law shall be passed to curtail or restrain the freedom of speech or of the press. Every person may speak, write, and publish sentiments on all subjects but shall be responsible for the abuse of that liberty."

In the United States Constitution (Article I, Amendment 1) the right to freedom of speech and freedom of the press state, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." The abuse of these liberties is not mentioned here as in the Georgia Constitution.

Bad White [126]
The behavior that the supervisor has shown in a non verbal way is a way of indicating that he has a strong displeasure of having to have heard Cho's dissatisfaction and worries. What supported the indication of the supervisor's action is his behavior of having to shown a way of looking elsewhere in avoiding Cho and sighing which could indicate a person feeling troubled or distress.
