You can use a calculator for the decimal part: just divide the numerator into the denominator. :) Since you're in middle school, you probably already know what repeating or terminating decimals are. If you don't, just search up the definitions. :) (BTW the / means over. i.e.: 11/11 = eleven over eleven)
