Randy's house number is 39

Explanation : We know that Randy's house number is either 29,39,59, or 79. Since his house is a composite number, we must pick the number from the following that is a composite number. 39 is a composite number, because 3 and 13 go into it

A composite number is a number that can be evenly divided by numbers other than one and itself.
39 would be Randy's house number because it can be evenly divided by 3.
39÷3=13
