For hot or cold you can make sure to replenish electrolytes. Make sure you are dressing appropriately in cold weather (dressing warm enough but not too warm because of overheating). If you are exercising in hot weather make sure to be hydrated when you start, drink water throughout, and pay attention to your body and if you are overheating make sure you stop and take a rest or slow down.
