<h3>1) Sprain = A</h3>

  • Sprain is the stretching/damaging of fibrous tissues which are present between the joints of two bones also known as ligaments
  • Here, The image A shows the sprain in ankle.
  • You can cure sprain by pressing/compressing it or by rubbing ice on that sprained area etc.

<h3>1) Cramps = B</h3>

  • Cramps are the cracking of muscles due to the excessive exercise or because of dehydration in a body etc which results into the formation of lactic acid and cause cramps in our muscles
  • Image B shows the cramps in the leg
  • Cramps can be cured by rubbing ice on that area or by heat pad etc.

  • Fracture are the crackes in the bones of our body. Which are mostly caused because of accidents .

  • Fracture can be cured after consulting the doctor but for increasing bone density you can drink turmeric milk which helps to cure fractures faster

  • Rest is the process of relaxation of body or you can say minimal movement of body

  • It is very to necessary to take a nap/rest of 7 hours per day for the better health and functioning of the organs

  • Heat is the nothing but the energy that is transferred between two bodies because of temperature difference
  • It generally appears in the form of sparkles depends on the wavelength of radiations recieved by it
