There was this one time where I am trying to explain to my sister something about our research and the whole time that I was talking my sister was confused and could not understand what I was trying to say. I thought that maybe the cause that my message was not received properly is that I was not using the right terms or words to say. I should be more careful of the terms I say since not all can understand the same I understand some words.

Citrus2011 [14]

Answer:

An 81-year-old male who has a productive cough, dyspnea and hypoxia

Explanation:

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is the obstruction of airflow through the lungs usually caused by cigarette smoke or other harmful compounds. The disease appears after a persistent bronchitis or pulmonary emphysema. It causes a permanent state of inflammation in the lungs and it destroys the alveoli (structures that promote gas exchange in the organ).

The condition is dangerous because, in addition to the potential to stop breathing once and for all, it decreases the circulation of oxygen in the blood and triggers inflammatory substances throughout the body. The risk of heart attack and stroke get even higher. Patients may also suffer from muscle weakness, impaired thinking, and even more depression.  Despite of being frequently associated with smoking, about one third of those with COPD never smoked.

The symptons  usually are: productive cough , throat clearing , shortness of breath and fatigue  and excessive phlegm. Dyspnea is progressive, persistent, stress-related or worsening in the presence of respiratory infection eventually arises at the time the patient.

Artyom0805 [142]

Answer:

The correct answer would be - applying a bulky dressing.

Explanation:

An injury due to falling hard onto a railing on his chest can lead to a serious issue such as rib popping out or dislocation of ribs which is the case here according to the symptoms. Dyspnea is a term used for shortness of breath due to any underlying disease or injury related to lung or chest area.

Exposure of chest also suggests that it is most likely the case of dislocation or popping out of the ribs. It should not be a move or tightly packed thus bulky dressing would be the appropriate action.

Thus, the correct answer is - applying a bulky dressing.

Liono4ka [1.6K]
Your statement is true. Your genetics play a big role in the amount of fat that your body stores. There are some people that just will never be overweight because of their genetics. In contrast, there are people who gain weight quickly. Keep in mind that their are other factors such as diet, exercise, and mental health that play a role in your weight.
