Depends on improving what part. To improve health/weight/strength a diet with plenty of protein and healthy fats, complex carbs and sugar and around 30-60 minutes of exercise a day. For lungs retain from smoking, for stomach do not over eat and make healthy choices, for your liver refrain from drinking alcohol. The list can go on and on
