THRZ - Target Heart Rate Zone
It is the level of intensity of cardio during cardio exercise and has different ranges. 60% to 70% ,low intensity this is a warm up for beginners. 70%-80% moderate intensity, it is in this zone that improves body's ability to transport oxygen throughout the body and conditioning one's heart.80% - 90% it in this zone also that allows us to burn more calories.
Well with blocked vessels, lets use plaque buildup as the reason for blocked vessels. It's Like trying to match together two puzzle pieces that don't fit. The piece if forced together, will be a tight fit much like how blood cells/platelets trying to fit through a small area. The pressure will be increase because the more pressure that is being put on will help to push blood through a clotted area.
They have that bottle by the sink which i dangerous, something is burning on the stove and no one is paying attention, the knife is on the edge of the sink, & theres something on the floor and someone could slip and fall
