Hi Im Grade 7 and really need help "Why did the Canadiens demand that the Métis be given their own Rights?"
Ainat [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

Métis are people of mixed European and Indigenous ancestry, and one of the three recognized Aboriginal peoples in Canada. The use of the term Métis is complex and contentious and has different historical and contemporary meanings. The term is used to describe communities of mixed European and Indigenous descent across Canada, and a specific community of people — defined as the Métis Nation — which originated largely in Western Canada and emerged as a political force in the 19th century, radiating outwards from the Red River Settlement. While the Canadian government politically marginalized the Métis after 1885, they have since been recognized as Aboriginal people with rights enshrined in the Constitution of Canada and more clearly defined in a series of Supreme Court of Canada decisions.

The use of the terms “Métis” and “métis” is complex and contentious. When capitalized, the term often describes people of the Métis Nation, who trace their origins to the Red River Valley and the prairies beyond. The Métis National Council (MNC), the political organization that represents the Métis Nation, defined “Metis” in 2002 as: “a person who self-identifies as Métis, is distinct from other Aboriginal Peoples, is of historic Métis Nation ancestry and who is accepted by the Métis Nation.”

What strategy should he use to improve his communication with employees from other cultures?
Gemiola [76]
I think that the best option is:

B.Interact more with people from different backgrounds.

In general, if we interact more with people of different cultures, we can learn to communicate better. This is actually true for everything: if we do something a lot, we become better at it and we learn it.

What is not good is limiting communication: this will only potentially offend other people.

What indicates that wave B has higher energy than wave A? A) the period of the waves B) the amplitude of the waves C) the freque
NISA [10]

Wave is a disorder that travels through the medium periodically, carrying energy, but not matter. Five parameters determine waves: period, frequency, amplitude, wavelength, and speed. The amount of energy the wave carries is determined by the amplitude. The high amplitude wave possesses a high level of energy, a wave with a small amplitude carries a small amount of energy. In addition, the amplitude does not affect the speed of the waves; both Waves A and B travel at the same speed. The velocity of the wave changes with the characteristics of the media through which they pass.

Right answer is B) the amplitude of the waves.
