The part of wildlife management involves setting daily and seasonal time limits, bag limits, and legal methods for taking wildlife is: Hunting Regulations

Hunting regulations are set of guidelines that a hunter must follow in a particular area. It is geared to resources conservation. These laws are passed by a country, state, city, province or territory to

 1. protect resources,
 2. protect property or landowner rights,
 3. protect the people,
 4. ensure equal opportunities among hunters,
 5. gathering of information and
 6. manage the population of wildlife.

To preserve the healthy ecosystem is the primary aim of this regulation. It is compulsory for every hunter to follow these regulations and conform to the state or district law requirements.

Hunting law is passed by boards or commission following the process of public hearing. The public hearing involves the stakeholders who include the hunters and others to have their own input before the regulations finally become law.

If hunting laws are breached, it doesn’t matter the type of equipment used, the hunter right’s to hunt would be taken away. If a hunter is found to have committed any serious offense or a gross violation of the law, such hunting license may be revoked. It is therefore incumbent on hunters to get familiarize with the regulations before hunting season begins.
