Answer:

Allison associate takes 12 hours to complete the route.

Explanation :

Number of hours taken by Allison to complete a sales = 6 hours

Number of hours taken by Allison and her associate together = 4 hours

We need to find the number of hours taken by her associate.

Let time taken by here associate be x hours

Further Explanation:

Unit of work done by Allison = \dfrac{1}{6}

Unit of work done by Allison and here associate together = \dfrac{1}{4}

Unit of work done by here associate = \dfrac{1}{x}

\dfrac{1}{4}=\dfrac{1}{6}+\dfrac{1}{x}\\\\\dfrac{1}{x}=\dfrac{1}{4}-\dfrac{1}{6}\\\\\dfrac{1}{x}=\dfrac{3-2}{12}\\\\\dfrac{1}{x}=\dfrac{1}{12}

x=12 hours.

We know that
if <span>Allison can complete a sales route by herself in 6 hours
then
100% of the sales route---------------> 6 hours
x%--------------------------> 1 hour
x=100/6-----> x=16.67%/hour

Allison </span><span>working with an associate, she completes the route in 4 hours
</span>then
100%------------------> 4 hours
x%----------------> 1 hour
x=100/4-----> x=25%

An associate in 1 hour complete-------> 25%-16.67%----> 8.33%
then
 an associate complete in 1 hour--------> 8.33%
 x hour--------------------------> 100%
x=100/8.33-----> x=12 hours

the answer is
12 hours

Find the perimeter use pi
balandron [24]
Since d x pi = circumference
I use 3.14 as pie

I did 9 x pi = 28.26 I DID NOT divide this by two because there are three half circles and 28.26 counts as two of them

Since there is another half circle I divide 28.26 by 2

28.26 + 14.13 = 42.39

Now plus the bottom length

42.39 + 9 = 51.39
