To be realistic, clear, and specific I would include the following: 1) Elaborate; always explain what you would like to accomplish. 2) Decisive; pick a plan and stick to it. Try to be authoritative with yourself to get to that end goal. 3) Communication: by letting others know your goal, they can help you get there. 4) A timeline; any god plan needs a beginning, middle, and end. 5) Intermediate goals: It's always good to have mini insensitive's in between your final point.
