To be realistic, clear, and specific I would include the following:

1) Elaborate; always explain what you would like to accomplish.

2) Decisive; pick a plan and stick to it. Try to be authoritative with yourself to get to that end goal.

3) Communication: by letting others know your goal, they can help you get there.

4) A timeline; any god plan needs a beginning, middle, and end.

5) Intermediate goals: It's always good to have mini insensitive's in between your final point. This makes what your trying to achieve realistic.

I hope this is what your looking for.

What is BMR and how it affects your calorie needs
miv72 [106K]

Answer:

Your BMR: This stands for the basal metabolic rate that actually represents the minimal number of calories that your body burns while resting. This is the absolute bare minimum that you must consume so that your body can burn these calories on breathing, digesting food, and other involuntary actions.

\What is the purpose of the BCC option in an email?
Luba_88 [7]

for plato I think it is option D.

According to the explanation: the BCC or blind carbon copy field also enables you to send a copy of your message to one or more people. However, by using BCC, the recipient’s name and email address is not visible to other recipients of the message.
