Hello!

An equation has an (=). They equal something. For example, 1+1=2 is an equation.

An expression does not have an equal sign. For example, 2 or 1+3 are both expressions. They have no equal sign.

I hope this helps!

How many diagonals can you draw from the vertex of an octagon
ludmilkaskok [199]
From one vertex of an octagon you can draw 5 diagonals.

There are 8 vertices in an octagon, and we are choosing one as our starting vertex. There are then 7 vertices left to draw a line to, but 2 of the vertices are already connected to our main vertex (because they are connected along the side of the octagon). That leaves 5 vertices to draw a diagonal to from our original vertex.

The constraint for the potential plant site 2 can be written as:
sdas [7]

Answer:

c. x21 + x22 + x23 less or equal than 2800 y2

Step-by-step explanation:

The plant has a maximum capacity of 2800 then the sum of all these operations must be equal to or less than 2800. The site of the plant has capacity constraint which needs to be determine through equation. The total capacity for the plant 2 is only 2800 the operation has to be distributed with keeping in mind the capacity limit.

The three angles of a triangle should equal 180 so add 52+34 which equals 86.Then subtract 86 from 180 to get the third angles measure which is 94 so the answer is 94.

Combine the following fractions. <br><br> a. 3/5 + 4/15 <br><br><br> b. 5/6 - 1/4
Ne4ueva [31]

Hello there! :)

Answer:

1. \boxed{\frac{13}{15} }

2. \boxed{\frac{7}{12} }

Step-by-step explanation:

1. 3/5+4/15

First, you multiply by numerator and denominator.

3*3=9

5*3=15

=\frac{9}{15}

Then, you had to combine by the fractions.

\frac{9}{15}+\frac{4}{15}

Add by the numbers from left to right.

9+4=13

<u><em>13/15 is the final answer.</em></u>

______________________________________________

2. 5/6-1/4

First, you multiply by 2 both sides of numerator and denominator.

5*2=10

6*2=12

10/12

3/12

\frac{10}{12}-\frac{3}{12}

Subtract by the numerator.

10-3=7

<em><u>7/12 is the final answer.</u></em>

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

Have a nice day! :)
