you might have asthma.

Asthma is a most likely cause, but there’s also a possibility of (if you’ve done any heavy lifting or excessive exercise or anything that could push your body too much) having a pulled muscle in your back or somewhere close to your lungs. I’ve had the pulled muscle one and it was very hard to breathe for a couple of weeks. Try to convince your parents to take you to a doctor and if they continue to refuse, just make an appointment yourself and explain to them that you’re worried about your health

How much sleep is recommended for 12- to 18- year-olds
artcher [175]
Hello,

The answer would be about "8-9 hours of sleep per day".

Reason:

At that age the body is growing therefore the body would need more energy to grow so thats why the amount of sleep would increase because adults, and teenagers would be into more physical activities and work that would drain his or her energy therefore they should get to 8-9 hours of sleep in order to last the person the whole day.

If you need anymore help feel free to ask me!

Hope this helps!

How can sanitation programmers make a community civilized
nirvana33 [79]
Community-led total sanitation (CLTS) is an approach used mainly in developing countries to improve sanitation and hygiene practices in a community. It focuses on spontaneous and long-lasting behavior change of an entire community. The goal of CLTS is to end open defecation. The term "triggering" is central to the CLTS process. It refers to ways of igniting community interest in ending open defecation, usually by building simple toilets, such as pit latrines. CLTS involves actions leading to increased self-respect and pride in one's community. It also involves shame and disgust about one's own open defecation behaviors.
