Answer:

Following statements by the client  would be an expected outcome of the teaching session.

"If I exercise more than is normal, there is a risk that I might become hypoglycemic. I need to make sure that I eat my meals and snacks on time after I take my insulin. If I monitor and control my blood glucose levels carefully, there is less likelihood of suffering long-term complications."

Explanation:

The client states the understanding of type 1 diabetes by emphasizing the importance of regularly scheduled meals and snacks as well as the importance of maintaining good control of blood glucose levels via glucometer readings.

There is also the understanding of the effects of exercise on blood glucose levels.

Losing weight and controlling carbohydrates will not change the need for insulin in a client with type 1 diabetes, and insulin doses must never be skipped.

how long should a person run in order to loose a lot of calories? or is there anything else that is better than running?
Alchen [17]
You could run 30 minutes and burn a lot of calories. Its not healthy to run more than an hour if you don't do it regularly though. Studies show that you can lose more calories bicycling than you can running.

I do parkour and have burned A LOT of calories from that.

hope this helps!

Research evidence shows that younger clients have a good prognosis than older clients. What do you think, which factors are cont
eduard

Explanation:

It’s simple. The younger the organism, the better it fights against viruses and diseases in general. As we age, our metabolism starts to slow down, and every condition is beginning to be harder and harder. Of course, genes play a big part, too. Not everybody ages the same. Thankfully, there are many things we can do to stop the process as much as we can — regular check up with doctors, physical activity, healthy nutrition, stress management, healthy sleeping pattern, are just a few ways.
