Answer:

Ok, so in my perspective, something that really really helps me when I'm stressed out because of school, studying, work (So much to do and put up with) is getting a professional massage. You don't necessarily have to get a ''professional'' massage, but if you want, it's your decision. Anyways, getting a massage really helps me feel more relaxed and relief from all that stress I gain throughout my busy day, so I feel more relaxed, as if I got nothing to worry about. So yeah, get a massage! Or, you can even wash your face with cold or hot water that way it wakes you up, makes you feel more alive..I guess, and after doing that take a long nap, as much as you feel you need to rest, TAKE IT. Naps also relief stress, and give you more energy to help you deal with whatever you need to deal with. So yeah, those are 2 main things that help me and I feel like I should share this with you so it may help you. I recommend trying it! :-)

a 100m sprinter would most likely contain which two skill-related components of fitness? question 2 options: speed and balance s
iren [92.7K]

Reaction time, speed, and power are the most important skill-related fitness components that every sprinter must excel at during the race.

Strength is defined as the ability to generate force (lifting heavy weights) speed: the ability to move quickly (sprinting) Endurance is the ability to withstand fatigue (running a marathon) Flexibility is the ability to achieve a wide range of motion at the joints (doing a split) Power is defined as the ability to exert maximum muscular contraction in an explosive burst of movements. Strength and speed are the two components of power. (For example, jumping or a sprint start) Aerobic endurance is also known as cardiovascular endurance. Marathon runners and distance cyclists need a high level of aerobic endurance to be able to work for an extended period of time during a race.

What is difference between Heart attacks and heart failure?
krok68 [10]

Heart attacks happen suddenly when one of the arteries leading to the heart becomes blocked and cuts off the blood flow. Without oxygen, the heart muscles start to die.

Heart failure, on the other hand, usually develops gradually. The heart muscle becomes weaker and has trouble pumping blood to nourish the cells in your body. This is a chronic condition that gradually gets worse. But medications can help you live longer and better with it

What strategies can be implemented to combat and defeat gender stereotyping?
valkas [14]

Answer:

Stereotypes often serve as shortcuts for forming impressions of people and guide our decisions, without people being completely aware of it. Gender preconceptions have important consequences for the workplace.

Explanation:

Whenever women are working with men on male gender-typed tasks, men are more likely to be credited for joint successes and women are more likely to be blamed for joint failures. These negative performance expectations can only be overturned when the woman’s individual contribution is unquestionable, or her task competence is very high.
