Answer:

Career mystique

Explanation:

What Jane obviously believes is described by Phyllis Moen as the career mystique.

According to Phyllis Moen, the career mystique shows the ingrained Myth that most Americans have, in which they believe that attaining job and economic security and a social status that gives happiness is mainly achieved and guaranteed by working hard, spending long hours at work and  continuous employment.

According to Phyllis Moen, this does not reflect the current realities in a twenty-first-century America, which is replete with uncertainties, ambiguities and the dynamic nature of the economy and the business world. Job insecurity, increasing demands at work and home, etc are all part of the problems to contend with in a changing world.

Answer: a. increased paperwork at every step of the shipping process.

Explanation:

There is no excerpt attached but this should be the answer.

Having five different factories in China means that Holden Outwear would have to transport things to and fro all five factories including raw materials, intermediate goods and finished goods.

This represents a lot of shipping and shipping comes with paperwork. It would therefore be no surprise if the Holden Outwear is having to go through the bane of increased paperwork for manufacturing at five different factories.

To be productive in a new job, what can you safely ignore
Andrew [12]
Well, these are the ways u can be productive at a new workplace:
-do the difficult or most important stuff first, then leave the less complicated stuff in the end
-take breaks-sitting 24/7 in ur office desk can be detrimental to ur health-do things u enjoy every one hour or so, such as sipping a black coffee with a light snack or having a quick laugh with ur colleauges, or perhaps u can challenge urself with a game of scrabble. it will change ur life of work struggles and make u mentally and physically happy!!
-don't multitask-u will make ur life more complicated, by completing stuff in a second. don't be paranoid with wotever work u have, the world is not going to end!
-u have innovative thoughts but finding it problematic to execute it? write down some ideas, concepts of how to overcome some work problems or doodle of wot u see ur next digital future like. its not complicated, u just need to be experiment, u never know when a creative idea might rush in.

-i hope i helped:)
