Since these questions all require similar methods of solving, I will only completely work out the first question of each type.

2. To find \frac{7}{10}as a decimal, all we need to do is complete the fraction by dividing the numerator by the denominator.

\frac{7}{10} = 7 / 10 = 0.7

\frac{7}{10} as a decimal is 0.7.

3. To write a fraction as a percentage, we must first convert it into a decimal, the way we did in problem 2.

\frac{13}{20} =0.65

Then to change that number into a percentage, we can either multiply it by 100, or (my personal shortcut) just shift the decimal point over two places to the right.

0.65 = 65%

which is the answer to question 3.
\frac{13}{20} written as a percent is 65%.

4. Writing a percentage as a fraction is a bit easier than writing a fraction as a percentage. All you need to do is place the percentage in the numerator's place of a fraction with 100 as the denominator and simplify.

2%5 = \frac{25}{100}

Since 25 goes into 100 four times, we can simplify this fraction.

\frac{25}{100} = \frac{1}{4}

which is our answer.

25% written as a fraction is \frac{1}{4}.

5. This is the same as problem 3, so I won't show my work for the sake of time.

\frac{2}{5} as a percentage is 40%.

6. This is the same as problem 1, so I will not show steps again.

\frac{3}{20} as a decimal is 0.15.

7. Done similar problems in past. No work shown.

\frac{21}{50} as a percent is 42%.

8. Same as last problem.

\frac{1}{25} as a percent is 4%.

9. Same as number 4.

 6% as a fraction is \frac{3}{50}.

10. Similar in past.

\frac{3}{5} as a percentage is 60%.

11. Same as 6.

\frac{12}{25} as a decimal is 0.48.

12. Done a lot of these so far.

\frac{3}{10} as a percentage is 30%.

13. Just did one like this.

\frac{3}{4} as a percentage is 75%.

14. Same as 4 and 9.

65% as a fraction is \frac{13}{20}.

15. Plenty of these done in past.

\frac{1}{5} as a percentage is 20%.

16. Last problem, and it's just like the one just before this.

\frac{9}{10} written as a percent is 90%.

So there are the results.
Hope that helped! =)

2. 7/10 as a decimal.

The easiest way to find the decimal form of a fraction is to make it out of 10 or 100. Since this one's already out of 10, we read it as "seven tenths."

Seven tenths as a decimal is 0.7, because the 7 is in the tenths spot.

7/10 as a decimal is 0.7

3. 13/20 as a percent

Percent means "one part in every hundered", so let's convert this fraction into something out of 100.
To do that, we need to multiply it by whatever number will turn the denominator into 100.

20 x 5 = 100
13 x 5 = 65

13/20 is equal to 65/100

Now, we take the numerator, and write it as a percent.

65/100 is 65%

Therefore 13/20 as a percent is 65%

4. 25% as a fraction.

We can do this one the opposite of #3.

25% is 25/100

And then we can just simplify. 5 goes into both 25 and 100, so let's use that first.

25 ÷ 5 = 5
100 ÷ 5 = 20

25/100 = 5/20

But we can simplify it further, if we want, because 5 goes into 5 and 20

5 ÷ 5 = 1
20 ÷ 5 = 4

25/100 = 5/20 = 1/4

So 25% as a fraction can be written as 25/100, or 5/20, or 1/4.

Now, #5-16 can all be done the same way as #2, 3, or 4, so I'll write out the math, but not the lengthy explanation for the rest.

5. 2/5 as a percent
5 x 2 = 10
2 x 2 = 4
4/10
10 x 10 = 100
4 x 10 = 40
40/100

40%

6. 9/20 as a decimal

20 x 5 = 100
9 x 5 = 45
45/100

0.45

7. 21/50 as a percent.
50 x 2 = 100
21 x 2 = 42
42/100

42%

8. 1/25 as a percent
25 x 4 = 100
1 x 4 = 4
4/100

4%

9. 6% as a fraction
6/100
6 ÷ 2 = 3
100 ÷ 2 = 50
3/50

6/100 or 3/50

10. 3/5 as a percent
5 x 20 = 100
3 x 20 = 60
60/100

60%

11. 12/25 as a decimal
25 x 4 = 100
12 x 4 = 48
48/100

0.48

12. 3/10 as a percent
10 x 10 = 100
3 x 10 = 30

30%

13. 3/4 as a percent
4 x 25 = 100
3 x 25 = 75
75/100

75%

14. 65% as a fraction
65/100
65 ÷ 5 = 13
100 ÷ 5 = 20
13/20

65/100 or 13/20

15. 1/5 as a percent
5 x 20 = 100
1 x 20 = 20
20/100

20%

16. 9/10 as a percent
10 x 10 = 100
9 x 10 = 90
90/100

90%

#17 and 18 require a bit more math, because they're lovely word problems.

17. Ashlee has finished 7/25 of her homework. What percent of the homework does Ashlee still need to finish?

First, let's turn 7/25 into a percentage.

25 x 4 = 100
7 x 4 = 28
28/100
28%

Now, we subtract 28% from 100% to find out how much she's got left

100 - 28 = 72

Ashlee has 72% of her homework left to finish.

18. Luz catches 83% of the balls in the outfield. What fraction of the balls does he not catch?

Let's turn 83% into a simple fraction, and work from there.

83%
83/100

We can simplify the answer later, but for now, to find the fraction he doesn't catch, we subtract the fraction from the whole.

100/100 - 83/100 = 17/100

17 is a prime number, so we can't reduce it down at all.

Luz doesn't catch 17/100 of the balls.

Molodets [167]

The first step is to find the area of the figure amd then multiply it by the weight of per metre...

<h3>Step 1</h3>

  • Area of figure⤵️

\sf \: area = length \times width

  • Length = 60 cm = 0.6 metre
  • Width = 200 cm = 2 metre

\bf \: area = 0.6 \times 2

\bf \: area = 1.2 \:  {m}^{2}

<h3>Now,</h3>

  • Weight of 1 metre² = 0.9 kg

<h3>So, The weight of 1.2 m² is; </h3>

\tt \: 1.2 \:{m}^{2} = 1.2 \: kg

The framework is made up of 5 rods, So the weight will be

  • 1.2 × 5 = 6kg
