If it is a rhombus this means the angles opposite from each other are equal:

B=D and A=C

if B=61 that means D=61

61+61=122

We know that the total degrees in this rhombus is 360 degrees, that means we can subtract 122 from this to find out how much we need that is left:

360-122 = 238

Now because we are given possible answers we need to multiply each by 2 and find out which one gives us 238 because remember that A=C. In other words which of the answers is half of 238, or 119.
